This policy applies to WealthRock’s acquisition and use of student information across all lines of products and services offered by WealthRock, irrespective of company branding. WHY DOES WEALTHROCK COLLECT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU?

The principal reason we collect information is to provide quality student services to those who have enrolled in one or more of our educational programs. The information we collect allows us to register you for and notify you of the dates and times of courses, seminars, webinars, or other services you have purchased, and to process your payments according to the terms of your enrollment agreement. The information also enables us to send newsletters and to notify you of announcements, updates, special offers, promotions, seminars, webinars or other services that may be of interest to you. We will generally contact you via telephone (voice & text) or email.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES WEALTHROCK COLLECT?

The extent to which we collect information about you depends on your relationship with us. We may collect personally identifying information from you based on inquiries you submit regarding the products and services we offer. In this context, the information we collect is limited to the information you wish to provide us, and is typically limited to information necessary to identify and contact you in response to your inquiry. Enrollment in any WealthRock educational program or programs requires the collection of personally identifying information such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, in addition to financial information such as credit card numbers, expiration dates, CVV codes, checking account numbers, bank routing numbers, or other financial information related to your selected method of payment. We may collect similar information at varying stages of your relationship with us as necessary to process and fulfill your orders, and for registering you for seminars, webinars, subscription services or other educational services. All personal information collected by WealthRock may be collected in person, over the telephone, by mail, via electronic communication, or via this website.

DOES WEALTHROCK SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH ANYONE?

WealthRock may share some of your personal information with approved third-party vendor affiliates with whom WealthRock has an established business relationship. The following are the general affiliate categories of which you should be aware.

Service Providers

We may disclose personal information to persons or entities who assist us to process and manage customer data, fulfill shipping orders, perform customer surveys, deliver online education to you, or notify you of upcoming events via telephone recordings, text messages, emails or otherwise. The information disclosed to service providers is limited to information necessary to accomplish the specific objective, such as name, address, contact information, purchases and prices, dates of purchase, and contract terms. We do not provide specific financial information to Service Providers, such as credit card information, banking information, or other financial information.

Fulfillment Providers

We may disclose personal information to persons or entities with whom we have established an independent contractor relationship to fulfill educational services or subscriptions you have purchased from us. The information disclosed to fulfillment providers is limited to the information necessary to service your WealthRock enrollment contract, such as name, address, contact information, purchases and prices, dates of purchase, and contract terms. We do not provide specific financial information to fulfillment providers, such as credit card information, banking information, or other financial information.

Financing Providers

We may disclose personal information to one or more entities with which we maintain a relationship for the purpose of providing financing alternatives to you, or for the purpose of servicing installment contracts initiated and owned by WealthRock. We do not provide personal information to financing and servicing providers unless you apply for financing. In the event you apply for financing, the information disclosed to or obtained by WealthRock or its financing and/or servicing providers is governed by the terms of the Installment Agreement and associated agreements, and the Truth in Lending Act. Additional privacy disclosures as may be required by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act will be sent to you directly by our financing providers.

Strategic Marketing Partners

WealthRock may provide your personal information to strategic marketing partners with which we maintain a relationship for the purpose of offering to you products or services that we feel may complement the educational services you have purchased from us. The information disclosed to strategic marketing partners is limited to name, address, contact information, and, in some cases, your purchase history with WealthRock. We do not provide specific financial information to strategic marketing partners, such as credit card information, banking information, or other financial information. WealthRock obligates its third-party affiliates to securely maintain all student information and to refrain from using student personal information for any purposes unrelated to their relationship with WealthRock. If at any time you believe that any affiliate has failed to abide by this obligation, please notify us by contacting Student Services at (800) 270-3357. Despite this general limitation governing information we provide to WealthRock affiliates, any additional information you choose to provide to affiliates as you may interact with them is not directly controlled by WealthRock nor is it governed by the terms of this Privacy Policy. WHAT INFORMATION DOES WEALTHROCK GATHER WHEN YOU LOG INTO OUR WEBSITE?

HOW SECURE IS THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT?

Security is one of our highest priorities. We will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from any use that is inconsistent with the uses set forth in this Privacy Policy, including training and enforcement of the policy with respect to company employees and contractors, and corresponding contractual obligations with respect to third-party vendor affiliates. For example, if you unsubscribe from our Meeting of the Minds webinar series notifications, you will no longer receive notifications for our Perfecting Profits Trading Room webinar series.  If you desire to unsubscribe from only one type of email communication, please contact Student Services at the above number rather than clicking “unsubscribe” in your email. This Privacy Policy is the primary means by which WealthRock publishes its policies regarding privacy. WealthRock will not use your personal information in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy without your permission.

WealthRock servers are hosted in the United States. If you are a user located outside the United States, you consent to having any personal information; you provide transferred to and processed in the United States.
