I have been a very successful real estate investor since the 90s (I'm 48 years old and am financially free) and have had a lot of training including several seminars with the James Smith Company. The training that we received from Joseph Irons has been the best training I have received to date. His genuine care for everyone was very evident. He was very sensitive to making sure ever one understood what he was teaching. He really focused on residential wholesaling which I felt was the best avenue for most of the students who appeared to have little capital and experience. He then gave us a thorough overview of other techniques as well. I made $5,000.00 on the bus tour. Another student made $6,000.00 and another should make about $50,000.00 for deals that were made on the bus tour. I cannot say enough good things about Joseph Irons. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to learn about how to make money in real estate.

I just went through a 3 day Financial Success Seminar and I have to say that it was the most eye-opening experience that I have been to. I just attended the James Smith Financial Success Seminar in Dearborn MI 24 -26 July 2011. I have to say it is probably, no in fact it is the best thing I have ever done to put myself and my family in a position to succeed.
